-He/she need not be a body builder to be a good fitness trainer.
-Weight training, exercises, martial arts, yoga and sports activities are not the only solution to a fit and healthy body. Hence, a complete fitness training program includes relaxed interaction with the trainer. It should be remembered that a ‘healthy mind is a pre-requisite for a healthy body’.
